KNOTTS, Adam M. age 28 of Fairfield, Ohio passed away on Friday, October 14, 2016, at his home. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on November 12, 1987, the son of Steven and Tina (Smith) Knotts. On July 10, 2015, in West Chester, Ohio he married Ashley Lehman.

Survivors include his wife Ashley, two children, Ashton Michael Knotts and Jade Elizabeth Knotts; his parents, Steven Knotts and Tina Waltner; two brothers, Shawn Christopher Knotts (Angela Cain) and Zachary Alexander Atkinson; mother-in-law, Jenifer Lehman (Jason Hampton); many other relatives and friends.
