RHOADS-FROST, Amy M. age 42 of Burlington, KY was called home Sunday, August 12, 2012, at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Edgewood, KY. She was born in Phoenix, Arizona on November 6, 1969, the daughter of Gary W. and Joahn (Fetter) Rhoads. On September 18, 2010, in Hamilton, Ohio she married Jason W. Frost. Amy was a grade school teacher in Hawaii, North Carolina, and Ohio. She was a member of the Front Street Presbyterian church. Amy was an accomplished pianist, and was in the marching band and concert band at Miami University.

Survivors include her husband, Jason; four children, Andrew, Bradley, Ashley, and Laurissa; her parents, Gary and Joahn Rhoads; a brother, Lance (Kim) Rhoads; a sister, Elizabeth Rhoads-Fields; grandmother, Lillie Mae Rhoads; grandparents Thomas (Cynthia) Fetter; mother-in-law, Nancy (Frost) Hoffman; brother-in-law, Thomas (Brandy) Frost; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Benny E. Rhoads Jr.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday in the Zettler Funeral Home with Pastor Dr. John H. H. Lewis officiating, followed by burial in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be from 10-11:00 am Thursday in the funeral home. Online register book available at www.zettlerfuneralhome.com
