KENDALL, Bernice W. age 85 of Hamilton died Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at The Woodlands of Hamilton surrounded by family and friends. Bernie was born in Sharptown , Indiana, the daughter of Vinton and Bessie (Inloes) Wehr, and was a graduate of Reily High School. On April 3, 1951, she married George M. Kendall and he preceded her in death on March 15, 1998. Bernie worked at Champion Paper before starting a family. She was later employed by Hamilton City Schools, retiring in 1989 as the school secretary at Fillmore Elementary. Bernie was a long-time member of First Presbyterian Church in Hamilton and later became an active member of St. Andrews Presbyterian Church in Dunedin, FL.

Survivors include three children, John (Lois) Kendall of Ponte Vedra, FL, Wayne (Bea) Kendall of Hamilton, Ohio and Diane (Greg) Maze of Alpharetta, GA; ten grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three nieces.

Besides her husband George, she was also preceded in death by two sisters Millie Riley and Goldie Posey.

A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00pm on Friday, February 15, 2013 in the Zettler Funeral Home 2646 Pleasant Ave. Friends may call from 5:30-7:00pm Friday at the funeral home.
