BOYD, Betty Marie, age 64 of Hamilton, died Saturday, September 15, 2007 in Hospice of Hamilton in Sunrise Assisted Living Center. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on September 26, 1942, the daughter of Elmer and Marie (Hienering) Pfirrman. On January 26, 1963, in Hamilton Ohio, she married Dan E. Boyd and he preceded her in death on April 14, 2004. Mrs. Boyd was a member of St. Ann Church.

Survivors include two son, Don (Lesa) Boyd, Kevin Boyd; a daughter, Cheryl (Sonney) Heaton; two brothers, Mel (Mary) Pfirrman, and Richard Pfirrman; grandchildren, Danielle Blower, Cassandra Boyd, Kayley Boyd, Johnanthony Boyd, Jeffery Boyd, and April Heaton; great grandchildren, Aubriana Eckles, Tyler Blower, and Olivia Blower; nieces and nephews.

The family would like to express their special thanks to Dr. Paula Weisenberger and the hospice staff for the excellent care they provided.

Prayers will be offered at 10:30am Tuesday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave., followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am Tuesday in St. Ann Church with Rev. Stephen Mondiek celebrant. Burial will be in Crownhill Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 8:30am-10:30am Tuesday in the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to Hospice of Hamilton.
