BROWN, Betty J. age 90 of Hamilton, Ohio passed away Friday March 24, 2017 at Berkeley Square. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on September 22, 1926 the daughter of Henry and Minetta (Ziliox) Ruhl and was a 1945 graduate of Hamilton High School. On April 22, 1950 in the Lindenwald Methodist church, she married William B. Brown and he preceded her in death on March 10, 2005. Betty was a member of the Lindenwald United Methodist Church.

Survivors include two children, Nancy (Lonnie) Risner and Bill (Marla) Brown, all of Hamilton; four grandchildren, Krista (Eric) Lubbehusen, Nathan (Beth) Risner, Sarah and Jason Brown; seven great grandchildren, Conner, Emma, Ruthee, Maddox, Jessa, Madison, and Hannah; a brother, Jim (Clara) Ruhl; numerous nieces and nephews.

Besides her husband she was also preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Marian Paproski; two brothers Dick and John Ruhl.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Wednesday in the Lindenwald United Methodist Church, 3501 Pleasant Ave. with Pastor Valerie Waibel officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00pm Tuesday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave. Memorials are suggested to Lindenwald United Methodist Church.
