WHITIS, Beulah age 78 of Hamilton, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 at Bethesda North Hospital. She was born in Jackson County, Kentucky on December 16, 1937, the daughter of Ray and Ruth (House) Reynolds. In 1963, she married Randall Whitis and he preceded her in death in 2003. Mrs. Whitis had worked at Pillsbury Hamilton Plant for 14 years and later worked for Durkee Foods in Sharonville for 14 years until retirement in 1992. She enjoyed spending time gardening and working in her yard, as well as U K basketball games.

Survivors include two children, Joni Myers (Milt Day) of West Chester, Ohio and Rick Cole of London, Kentucky; two grandchildren, Claire Wallace and Ian Cole; four great-grandchildren, Haden, Clay, and Austin Smith and Marley Myers; a sister, Edna Faye (Walter) Tompkins.

Besides her husband, Randall Whitis, she was also preceded in death by a son, Dennis Cole; a grandson, Joshua Myers.

Visitation will be from 5:30-7:00PM Tuesday, July 5th, 2016, in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave. followed by funeral services at 7:00PM Tuesday in the funeral home. Online register book is available at www.zettlerfuneralhome.com
