Carlos Frederick "Fred" Phillips Jr., age 71 of Hamilton, OH, passed away on February 25, 2026. Carlos was born in 1954 in Danville, KY to his parents Carlos F. Phillips Sr. and Ruby (Raines) Phillips. On July 31, 2005, Carlos married his wife, Bonnie Sergent. She preceded him in death on January 27, 2010. Carlos is survived by his son, Christopher Phillips; as well as his brother, Wallace (Kathy) Phillips. Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
