Carmen P. McMullen age 42 of Hamilton, Ohio passed away Tuesday December 16, 2025 at her home. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on April 6, 1983 the daughter of Patrick A. Thomas and Carmella Weppler.

Carmen had a deep love for her dogs and all animals, enjoyed music and movies, and fondly remembered playing soccer in her younger years. She worked in the restaurant and service industry, where she was known for her warm personality. Above all, Carmen loved and cherished being a mother to her five boys.

Survivors include her husband, Garry McMullen; parents, Patrick (Karen) Thomas and Carmella (Greg) Hessler; Grandparents, Clarence and Patricia Thomas; five sons, Brendan Shepherd, Zakkariah Shepherd, David Kovac, Andrew Kovac, and Lucas Kovac; two sisters, Amanda (Preston) Thomas and Christina (Scott) Huetter; a brother, Micah Hill; step children, Devin Chance and Paige McMullen; and several nieces and nephews; aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 12noon Friday December 26, 2025 in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave., with Rev. Edwin Beck officiating, followed by burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00am-12noon Friday December 26, 2025 in the funeral home.
