Starr-Finkbine, Carolyn age 50 of Hamilton, died Saturday, October 15, 2011, at Hospice of Hamilton. She was born on March 10, 1961 to her parents Edward and Diora Starr. She was the sister of Rosalie (Gaines) of Milford, Ohio and Mike Starr of Kentucky. She was married to Derrick Finkbine of Hamilton for 20 yrs. with whom she raised four children, Sterling Finkbine, Lydia Finkbine, Arnold Finkbine, and James Pickle which were the joy and pride of her life along with her cherished grandson Tristen Finkbine. She was preceded in death by her Father (Edward) and Grandmother Doris Starr of Lynchburg Ohio. Carolyn lived for her children and her grandson and was the first person to tell the world how proud she was and how much she loved them. During the day, she was a manager at Jungle Jim's and at night she was often found chasing her grandson around the house. She made an impact on every life she came in contact with and will be missed by many. A Memorial Gathering will be held on Friday October 21, 2011 at the St. Clair Community Center at 2488 Summitt Street Overpeck Ohio from 6-8pm.
