NORMAN, Cecilia age 45 of Hamilton, Ohio passed away Thursday March 10, 2022 in Evanston, Wyoming. She was born in Micronesia on April 2, 1976 the daughter of Isiro and Adehlina (Erahm) Norman. On March 10, 2020 she married Rickner Mark. She had worked in housekeeping for Parkside nursing Home. Ceceilia was a member of the Christian Mission Fellowship International Church.

Survivors include her husband, Rickner; a daughter, Emy Norman; 3 grandchildren; 3 brothers; 1 sister.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Saturday March 19, 2022 at her home, 1025 Weller Ave. Hamilton, OH 45015. Friends may call on the family at their home any time after 6:00pm Friday March 18, 2022. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery.
