BARNHORN, Charlene age 84 of Hamilton died Thursday, January 29, 2015, at Cottingham Retirement Community. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on July 8, 1930, the daughter of Stanley and Helen (Wiegand) Goertemiller, and was a 1948 graduate of Notre Dame High School. On April 19, 1958, in St. Veronica Church she married William E. "Barney" Barnhorn and he preceded her in death on January 1, 2010. Mrs. Barnhorn was a member of St. Julie Billart Parish.
Survivors include a son, Paul (Mary Ann) Barnhorn of Cincinnati; a brother, William (Marie) Goertemiller of Hamilton; two sisters-in-law, Bernadine Goertemiller of Cincinnati and Marilyn Flum of Hamilton.
Prayers will be offered at 10:30am Tuesday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave., followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00am Tuesday in St. Julie Billiart Church. Visitation will be from 9:30- 10:30am Tuesday in the funeral home. Entombment will be in St. Stephen Mausoleum.
