Clarence R. Ratliff's Obituary
RATLIFF, Clarence R. "Tony" age 73 of Fairfield passed away on Monday, October 3, 2016 at his home. He was born in Floyd County, Kentucky on May 6, 1943 the son of Vernon and Neva (Webb) Ratliff. On May 16, 1968, he married Helen M. Storm and she preceded him in death on June 30, 1992.
Survivors include three children, Gregory, Michael, and Alisa M. Ratliff; six grandchildren; two sisters.
Besides his wife, he was also preceded in death by his parents; step-father; a sister; a brother; a grandson, Mitchell Ratliff.
