Clarence J. "Butch" Rupp age 80 of Fairfield passed away Sunday January 21, 2024 in Hospice of Hamilton. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on October 16, 1943 the son of Clarence J. and Mary Esther (Mick) Rupp. On June 20, 1964 in Sacred Heart Church he married Patricia L. Clear.

Butch was a  safety instructor for General Motors working at the Fisher Body Hamilton plant, Marion Indiana Plant and Dayton, Ohio Plant, retiring in 2001 after 31 years of service. He was a member of Sacred Heart Church. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed trips, spending time with family, and taking some beautiful pictures. He had a special love for his cat Jack.

Survivors include his wife, Patricia; three sons, Timothy, Daniel (Karen) and Clarence "Skeeter"; four grandchildren, Le Anna (Jay) Curtsinger, Josh Rupp, Amber (Cory) Davidson, Jacob Rupp; nine great grandchildren, Donovan, Lilly, Dominic, Gunner, Leona, Alivia, Aubrey, Brody, and Kate.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00AM February 2, 2024 in  Sacred Heart Church, 400 Nilles Rd. Fairfield, Ohio 45014. Friends may call on the family from 10:00am to 1100am in the church narthex. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery. Online register book at www.zettlerfuneralhome.com
