Obituary

WELLINGHOFF, Clarice M., age 88 of Hamilton, died Thursday, December 29, 2005 in Vitas Hospice in Ft. Hamilton Hospital. She was born in Hamilton, OH on December 26, 1917, the daughter of William H. and Mary Ann (Rauch) Wellinghoff. Ms. Wellinghoff had worked as a paper sorter, at Champion Paper Co, for thirty-six years, retiring in 1982. She was a member of St. Julie Billiart Parish.

Survivors include a brother, William R. Wellinghoff; and a sister, Dorothy Luff, both of Hamilton; 19 nieces and nephews; numerous great and great great nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents; she was also preceded in death by six sisters, Margaret and Cornelia Wellinghoff, Cecilia Robinson, Cornelia Wolpert, Ruth Maybury, and Mary Ann Wellinghoff; and a brother, Bernard Wellinghoff.

Prayers will be offered at 9:30AM Tuesday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave., followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00AM Tuesday in St. Julie Billiart Church. Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00PM Monday, in the funeral home. Entombment will be in St. Stephen Mausoleum.
