HORTON, David age 54 of Miramar Beach Florida passed away Thursday, June 21, 2012. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on December 17, 1957, and was a 1976 graduate of Garfield High School. David was a member of Darrtown Baptist Church. He was an active sports enthusiast, loved to fish, and to go shopping.

Survivors include his mother, Ruby M. Gill of Miramar Beach, FL; a brother, Gary Horton of Hamilton, OH; a sister, Corrie (George) Kline of Fairfield, OH; two nephews; a wonderful aunt, Reba Horton and aunt Karen Horton.

He was preceded in death by his father, Coy K. Gill; and an uncle, Don Horton.

Funeral Services will be held 1:00 pm Wednesday in the Darrtown Baptist Church, 4290 Walnut St. Darrtown, Ohio, with Rev. Michael Botts officiating, followed by burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
