Deborah L. Burkhardt age 73 of Hamilton passed away Sunday September 17, 2023 at St. Catherine's Manor in Washington Court House, Ohio. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on August 21, 1950 the daughter of George I. and Maxine (Burnam) Snively.

Debbie had a passion for animals her entire life.  She loved all dogs; especially her Henry. She loved spending time with her family, shopping, going to the casino and having fun. Debbie spent much of her life farming and milking cows.  She served as union president and roll wrap operator at International Papers in Hamilton , Ohio where she worked for 32 years. Debbie touched many people with her friendliness and wit.  She will be dearly missed.

Survivors include a brother, Kelly (Debbie) Snively; step mother, Frances Snively; sister-in-law, Joni Snively; niece, Sara Teed; 3 nephews, Timothy Scott (Megan) Snively, Brent (Natalie) Snively, and Brad (Kait) Snively; great nephews and nieces, Jackson and Addie Teed, Caroline and Beau Snively, Savanna and Millie Snively, Madison and Wyatt Snively; step daughter, Donna Bowker; grandson, Greg Bowker; granddaughter, Rachael Adams; cousin, Cheryl Johnson.

Besides her parents she was also preceded in death by a brother, Scott Snively; life partner, Paul "Happy" Kuykendall, and nephew-in-law Joseph Teed.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00pm Monday September 25, 2023 in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave. followed by burial in Butler County Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 12noon-1:00pm Monday in the funeral home.
