LEGG, Dennis J. age 81 of Trenton passed away on Wednesday, June 13, 2018, at Hospice of Hamilton. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on March 31, 1937, the son of Herman and Melba (Zihlman) Legg and was a 1955 graduate of Hamilton High School. Dennis was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Mr. Legg worked as a salesman for Hamilton Provision Company, and Markolf Wholesale Meats. He had been owner and operator of Legg of Beef, and more recently head custodian of Harrison Elementary School retiring in 2000. Dennis was a life member of The Disabled American Veterans, The American Legion in Rising Sun Indiana, and the Fraternal Order of the Eagles # 3458 in Middletown, Ohio.

Survivors include three children, Mark Legg, Deborah (Greg) Bill, and Julie (Kevin) Clark; four grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife Kay (Zele) Legg on March 16, 2018.

Funeral service will be held at 12:00Noon Friday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave. followed by burial in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be from 10:00-12Noon Friday in the funeral home. Online register book is available at www.zettlerfuneralhome.com
