SKILLMAN, Diane H. of Fairfield, Ohio, passed away at age 79 on Monday, September 8, 2014, at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. She was born on November 17, 1934, in Hamilton, to Paul and Teresa (Fuchs) Henry. She was educated at Hamilton High School, where she excelled in tennis competitions around the city.

Diane taught herself photography, a skill she applied in her professional position as advertising manager at Xomox Corporation, and in assisting her father with his wedding photography business. She loved the piano playing of Fats Waller, Diana Krall, and her uncle, Hamilton's Matt Fuchs, and was an excellent pianist herself. She was also a talented and enthusiastic gardener.

Formerly married to G. Lee Skillman, also of Hamilton Ohio, Diane is survived by her two sons, Gilbert Skillman, married to Sue Augustyniak and living in Norwich, Connecticut, and Robert Skillman of Clearwater, Florida, engaged to Pam Patregnani, as well as a granddaughter, Steffanie Astle and her husband David, and two great-grandchildren, Athena and Dominic. She is also survived by her elder sister, Joan Thomas of Hamilton and younger brother, Paul (Matt) Henry of Evendale.
