KUELTZO, Donald- Age 71, Passed away on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at Hospice of Hamilton. Donald was born in Chicago, IL on December 13, 1949, the son of Walter G. and Theresa Kueltzo.
Following his employment at Fisher Body, Donald became a projectionist at Danbury Cinema, a profession he had passion for because of his love of film. For 57 years, at his home, he set up an impressive Christmas Village display that he built by hand. This display was beloved by the community, attracted many visitors, and even won him an award for best and longest running Christmas display. Donald liked to sky dive and had over 30 jumps under his belt. He was patriotic and raised his flag every day. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.
Donald is survived by his sister, Linda (Terry) Rosenberger; nieces, Tami (Matt) Pyles, and Tricia (Scott) Yee; great-nieces, Clair Pyles, and Sydney Pyles; great-nephew, Jacob Yee; and aunt, Mary Sagen.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Walter Kueltzo, in 1973, and Theresa Kueltzo, in 2019.
Memorial Donations may be made to the Hospice of Hamilton. A private mass of Christian burial will be held at Sacred Heart Church. Interment at Rose Hill Burial Park
