WOODS, Doris J. age 89 of Hamilton died Friday, February 14, 2014, at Berkeley Square Retirement Community. She was born in Kingston, Pennsylvania, on October 24, 1924, the daughter of Harold F. and Jeannette (Brown) Spencer. On December 8, 1945, in Elkton, Maryland, she married Robert B. Woods and he preceded her in death on December 25, 2006.

Survivors include two daughters, Sharon (Samuel) Munafo of Texas, and Robin (John) Sutter of Hamilton; four grandchildren, Samuele (Megan) Munafo, Stephen Munafo, Sarah Sutter, and Alexander Sutter; one great-grandchild, Giavanna Munafo; two brothers, Willard (Meg Brabson) and Harold (Ruth) Spencer; a sister, Barbara (Robert) Mitchell.

Besides her husband, Robert, she was also preceded in death by a sister, Evelyn Gladstone.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00AM Saturday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave. with Rev. Edwin R. Beck officiating followed by entombment in Rose Hill Burial Park Mausoleum. Visitation will be from 6-8:00PM Friday in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Berkeley Square Lamplighter Gift Shoppe, 100 Berkeley Dr. Hamilton, OH 45013.
