HUNLEY, Dorothy A. (Kirsch), age 89 died peacefully at Tender Care Nursing Home, Wyoming, Michigan on Monday , October 6, 2008. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on February 3, 1919 the daughter of Bernard and Mary (Falk) Kirsch. On August 3, 1939, in Hamilton, she married Ernest Hunley and he preceded her in death on April 3, 1997. While residing in Hamilton, she was an active member St Julie Billiart Catholic Church. She moved to Michigan in 2001, where she resided with her daughter and her family. Dorothy was the last survivor of thirteen siblings.

Survivors include her children, Carolyn Sue Grote, Judith (Loren) Johnson, Butch (Kathy) Hunley, Pat Clark, and Mary Kay (Dave) Bennett; twelve grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren.

Besides her husband, she was also preceded in death by a daughter, Janet L. Reeder on November 1, 1997.

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00am Saturday in St. Julie Billiart Church, 224 Dayton St., followed by burial in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be from 9:00-10:00am Saturday at church. Online register book available at www.zettlerfuneralhome.com
