HUNTER "PLAGEMAN", Edna L. age 88 of Findlay, Ohio died Wednesday, October 7, 2009, at Taylor House Assisted Living Facility. She was born on December 31, 1920, the daughter of Oscar and Anna (Simons) Stone. Edna was married for thirty-three years to Albert F. Plageman, and he preceded her in death in 1975. She was married to Walter Hunter for nineteen years, and he preceded her in death in 1996. Edna was a wife and a mother, caring for her husband Albert in later years during his extended illness. She was a faithful Charter member of Sacred Heart Church, volunteering in various church functions.
Survivors include three sons, Mike (Virginia) of Indianapolis, IN, Tim (Linda) of Jenera, OH, and Pat (Teresa) Plageman of Merritt Island, FL; nine grandchildren, Cynthia (Paul) Morris, Angela (JB) Corn, Michael Plageman Jr, TJ (Kari) Plageman, Teri (Jarrod) Bowers, Josh, Christopher, Eddie, and Jeremiah Plageman; ten great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; a sister, Dorothy Conley; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Besides her husbands, she was also preceded in death by eight siblings, Bibb, Paul, "Boots" Wilbur, "Toadie" Earl, Alma, Helen, and Art.
Prayers will be offered at 10:00 am Saturday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 am Saturday in Sacred Heart Church with Father Larry Tharp celebrant. Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 8:00-10:00 am Saturday in the funeral home.
