HERNANDEZ ADAMES, Efrain, age 67 of Fairfield, Ohio passed away on Thursday December 26, 2019 at Mercy Hospital of Fairfield. He was born in Puerto Rico on May 30, 1952 the son of Antonio Adames and Victoria Hernandez. Mr. Adames Hernandez was a career man in the US Army serving for twenty years.

Survivors include six children, Efrain, Ricardo, Manuel, LaJeanna, Daniel, and Latanya Adames; seven grandchildren; a brother, Israel Adames Hernandez.

Funeral services and burial will take place at a later date in Puerto Rico.
