STRAUB, Eileen Katherine , age 93 of Hamilton, Ohio passed away Saturday May 20, 2023 in Venice Florida. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on March 30, 1930 the daughter of Paul and Catherine (Meder) Schuler. On August 4, 1951 in St. Ann Church she married John E. Straub.

Survivors include her husband, John; a daughter, Mary (Ted) Soloway; a son-in-law, Jim Jester; seven grandchildren, Jeff (Danielle) Marchant, Scott Marchant, Sarah (Laurence) Orr, Tom Jester, Rob (Jade) Jester, Ryan Jester, Matt (Megan) Soloway; four great grandchildren, Ben and Max Marchant, Alexander Orr, and Noah Jester; a nephew, Chris Carter.

She was preceded in death by two daughters, Karen Jester and Kathleen Marchant; a son, Thomas in infancy; a grandson, Andrew Jester.

Prayers will be offered at 11:00am Friday May 26, 2023 in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30am Friday in St. Ann Church with Fr. Larry Tharp celebrant. Visitation will be from 10:00-11:00am Friday in the funeral home. Entombment will be in St. Stephen Mausoleum.
