ULM, Elizabeth J. age 94 of Hamilton passed away on Sunday, January 8, 2017, at Hospice of Hamilton. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on February 2, 1922, the daughter of Carl and Carrie (Falk) Ulm. Elizabeth was a bank teller for 40 years at First National Bank retiring in 1987. She was a member of St. Ann Church, the Altar Rosary Society, and the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW Post 1069.
Survivors include a sister, Sister Mary Joseph, Little Sister of the Poor, Orleans, France; fourteen nieces and nephews, Marilyn Gribin, Jim (Betty) Jost, Joan Jost, Tom (Darlene) Jost, Dave (Debbie) Schneider, Ann Pottinger, Mary (Steve) Vaughn, Doug (Diane) Schneider, Dean (Kim) Schneider, Janice (Doug) Hingsbergen, and Dennis (Freddie) Schneider; many great and great-great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Ulm; three sisters, Ruth Jost, Helen Bendix, and Nettie Schneider.
Prayers will be offered at 9:30AM Wednesday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00AM Wednesday in St. Ann Church with Fr. Larry Tharp celebrant. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be from 8:30-9:30AM Wednesday in the funeral home.
