PROFITT, Eula Gay, age 80, a longtime Fairfield resident, currently a resident of Altamonte Springs Florida, died there Friday, July 14, 2006. She was born in Belcher, Kentucky on August 19, 1925 the daughter of Marvin and Maxie (Belcher) Romans. On April 16, 1949, in Pikeville Kentucky, she married Franklin Profitt and he preceded her in death on April 1, 2003. Mrs. Profitt was a self employed hair stylist, operating Eula's Beauty Salon, for forty-five years, retiring in 1986. Prior to relocation to Florida she had been a member of the Fairfield Missionary Church.

Survivors include two children, Carolyn Jensen, of Altamonte Springs, Florida, and Dennis Profitt, of Troy Michigan; a granddaughter, Holly Profitt.

Besides her husband, she was also preceded in death by two brothers, Hubert and James Romans; and a sister, Kathern Fry.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00AM Wednesday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave., with Rev. Edwin R. Beck officiating, followed by entombment in Rose Hill Mausoleum. Visitation will be from 6-8:00PM Tuesday in the funeral home.
