BROWN, Evelyn E. age 93 of Hamilton passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2016, at Mercy Hospital in Fairfield. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on March 10, 1922, the daughter of Leo and Eleanor (Ruhl) Schuh. On September 18, 1943, in Kentucky she married Clyde Brown and he preceded her in death on December 9, 2005. Evelyn was a member of St. Ann Church, VFW Ladies Auxiliary, and the Eagles Auxillary.

Survivors include 5 children, Caroline (Steve) Wilson, Paula (Michael) Shaffer, Ricky Brown (Penny Smith), Ronnie (Anita) Brown, and Donald Brown (Shonda Rowland); Carolyn Brown; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

Besides her husband, Clyde, she was also preceded in death by a son, Clyde Brown Jr.; a grandson, Ricky Brown Jr.; four brothers, Leslie, Leo, Bud and Jack Schuh; two sisters, Laverne Marvin and Betty McCoy.

Prayers will be offered at 9:30am Thursday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave. followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am Thursday in St. Ann Church with Fr. Larry Tharp celebrant.
