McCool, Evelyn R., Age 87 of Hamilton, died Thursday, March 15, 2012, at Fort Hamilton Hospital. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on September 10, 1924, the daughter of Frederick H. and Rose (Kuhlman) Tobergte, and was a 1942 graduate of Notre Dame High School. On November 17, 1950, in St. Ann Church she married Donald P. McCool and he preceded her in death on June 25, 2008. Mrs. McCool was a member of St. Ann Church and the Altar Rosary Society.

Survivors include two daughters, Bev (James) Rucker and Barb Burton; a son, Brad (Deanna) McCool; six grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.

Besides her husband, Donald, she was also preceded in death by three sisters, Pat Schlottermiller, Ann Roesch, and Mary Rose Tobergte.

Prayers will be offered at 10:30 am Monday in the Zettler Funeral Home 2646 Pleasant Ave, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am Monday at St. Ann Church with Fr. Stephen Mondiek celebrant. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:30-10:30 am Monday in the funeral home. Memorials are suggested to St. Ann Church.
