WRIGHT, Floyd L. age 76, of Fairfield, died Sunday, Dec. 31st, 2006 at Tri-county Extended Care Center. He was born in Hamilton, OH on March 9, 1930, the son of Paul and Gladys (Corner) Wright and was a 1949 Graduate of Stewart High School. Mr. Wright served in the US Army during the Korean War. On Oct. 8, 1955 in St. Joseph Church, he married Maryrose Lagedrost and she preceded him in death on Mar. 9, 1998. He was employed by National Lead, for 26 years. A life member of the VFW # 1069, he also was a member of the American Legion # 138.
Survivors include six children, Roseann (Timothy) McGuire, Paul (Donna) Wright, Mark Wright, Linda (Bobby) Baker, all of Hamilton, Joyce (Tom) Dane, of Fairfield, and John Wright, of Hamilton; 16 grandchildren; six great grandchildren; a sister, Janice Baker, of Hamilton; a cousin, Ruth Baker, of Tennessee.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00PM Friday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave., followed by burial in Butler Co. Memorial Park.
