HOLLAND, Ford, age 67 of Hamilton, died Saturday, August 1, 2009 at his home. He was born in Clay County, KY on January 27, 1942 the son of Waxford and Arizona (Henson) Holland. He was a graduate of Hamilton High School and served in the United States Marine Corp. Ford loved to garden and cook.

Survivors include a son, William Holland; a daughter, Deborah Jolly; his mother, Zona Holland; four grandchildren, Amber Garrett, Jacob Holland, Nicholas and Dustin Jolly; two sisters, Alice Roberts and Perceilla Sturgill; a brother, Wade Holland; many nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father, Waxford in 1988 and his nephew, Billy Sturgill in 1994.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Friday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave., with Rev. Simon Fussnecker officiating, followed by burial in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be from 9:30-11:00am Friday in the funeral home. Online register book at www.zettlerfuneralhome.com
