CLENDENIN, Frances A. Age 81 of Hamilton, died Tuesday, August 29, 2006 at 2:55 pm in her daughters' home, in Doylestown, Ohio. She was born on June 3, 1925 in Harrisburg, Pa, the daughter of Bernard A. and Hope Mildred (Critchley) Roesel. On January 11, 1947, in Hamilton, she married Dale S. Clendenin. Frances owned and operated Frances's Beauty Shop in Hamilton. She attended church at St. Joseph Church.

Survivors include her son, Gary Clendenin (Karen), Marion, In.; a daughter Nancy Brinkman (Norbert "Duke"), Doylestown, Ohio; five grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two sisters, Elizabeth "Betty" Harbron, Fairfield, and Jean Stander (Pete), Hamilton.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Dale S. Clendenin.

Prayers will be at offered at 12:30PM Friday in the Zettler Funeral, 2646 Pleasant Ave., followed by Funeral and Communion service at 1:00PM Friday, in St. Joseph Church. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation will be from 6-8:00PM Thursday, in the funeral home.
