MAGGARD, Gilbert M. age 71 of Hamilton, Ohio passed away Saturday, February 21, 2015, in the Dayton VA Medical Center. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on June 15, 1943, the son of Gilbert Maggard and Anna Reed.
Survivors include two daughters, Tracey (Brian Boyce) Cantwell and Cassandra (Rusty Adams) Jenkins; four grandchildren, Ian, Matthew, and Anna Cantwell and Trenton Gleason; a sister, Cindy Reed; a niece, Nikki Schmidt.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Kenny Reed; a sister, Nancy Schmidt.
Funeral Services will be held at 4:00PM Wednesday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave. Visitation will be from 2:30-4:00PM Wednesday in the funeral home. Burial will be in the Dayton National Cemetery. Memorial donations are suggested to the Dayton VA Medical Center Hospice Unit, 4100 W. 3rd Street, Dayton, OH 45428.
