Jimmy  Rutherford age 83 of Aurora, Indiana passed away Saturday August 31, 2024 at his  home. He was born in Harlan, Kentucky on October 28, 1940 the son of Bruce and Ida (Lawson) Rutherford. On September 29, 1962 in Cincinnati, Ohio he married Lola Joann Frith and she preceded him in death on April 8, 2024.

Survivors include his  five children, Delana Rutherford, James Rutherford Jr., Michael Rutherford,  Lisa Young and Amy Lynch; thirty-five grand and great grandchildren.
