MEYER, Jo-Ann age 90 of Fairfield, Ohio died Wednesday, December 10, 2014, at Westover Retirement Community. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on May 22, 1924, the daughter of Abe and Viola (McClintic) Levenson. Jo-Ann attended Lincoln Elementary School and was a 1942 graduate of Hamilton High School. On May 8, 1948, in St. Ann Catholic Church, she married Julian "Dick" Meyer.
She cherished her five children and was especially devoted to her husband of 66 years. In her earlier years, she was employed as a payroll clerk at Lima Hamilton Corp. For most of her married life, she was a stay-at-home mother. She was an excellent seamstress and talented with numerous crafts. Jo-Ann was a caring, compassionate, and generous lady. She was a lifelong member of St. Ann Rosary Society.
Jo-Ann is survived by her husband, sons Thomas (Ronalie) and John; daughters Janet Dugdale and Nancy (Darrell) Hulshult; grandchildren David Dugdale and Kelly (Phil) Stoner, Ben (Andrea), Mark (Jessica), and Michael (Virginia) Hulshult, Todd and Eric Meyer; and eight great grandchildren. She leaves many loving nieces and nephews, a wide circle of friends, including her Bingo buddies.
She was preceded in death by daughter Patricia Greenweller, sisters Edith Colwell, Peg Kugler, Mary Toerner and Becky Eggleton and brother Gordon Levenson.

Prayers will be offered at 10:00 AM Saturday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM Saturday in St. Ann Catholic Church. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-7:00 PM Friday in the funeral home. Memorial donations are suggested to St. Ann Catholic Church, 646 Clinton Ave. Hamilton, Ohio 45015.
