PAYNE, Joseph A. age 32 of Hamilton died Tuesday, April 9, 2013, at Fort Hamilton Hospital. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on June 12, 1980, the son of Roy R. and Sherry (Hume) Payne Bell. He attended the Cincinnati School of Barbering and had enjoyed barbering in the Hamilton area for the past several years. He attended church at the House of Miracles in San Bernardino.

Survivors include five children, Devon, Braeden, Kaylee, Demarcus, and Addilyn Payne; his parents, Roy Payne and Sherry Payne Bell; a brother, Roy (Barb) Payne Jr.; a niece, Finley Payne; a nephew, Seth Payne.

Friends may call from 6:00-7:00pm Friday April 19, 2013 in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave. A memorial service will be held at 7:00pm Friday, with Rev.
