Lindsay, Kathy age 61, passed away this week of heart disease at her home in Fairfield. Kathy was born on Dec. 14th, 1946, to Richard and Kathleen (Rauch) Johnson. She was a licensed real estate agent for Sibcy Cline Realty and Relocation Specialist (SRS). She had worked for Armco and Contech in a technology field previously. Kathy was a 1964 graduate of Garfield High School, and attended Miami University. She was preceded in death by her parents, and is survived by a sister, Cindy (Jim) Grantz of Hamilton; a brother R. Michael (Kathy) Johnson of Columbus; nephews and a niece, Adam, Alex and Mandy Grantz. She leaves her cherished pet poodle, Cocoa, who was her constant companion. Kathy spent her childhood enjoying life in a very close knit family, and family remained a priority throughout her life. She spent much of her spare time creating unique spaces in her yard, decorating her home, and shopping for special gifts for friends and family. Kathy leaves many friends to mourn her passing. The family will receive friends from 5:00-6:00pm Wednesday at the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave. Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
