EMENAKER, Rev. Larry E. age 85 of Fairfield passed away on Saturday, January 20, 2018, at Tri County Extended Care. He was born in Hamilton, Ohio on June 24, 1932, the son of Lawrence F. and Elsie (Keppler) Emenaker. On May 25, 1957, in Hamilton he married Joan M. Hartung. Mr. Emenaker worked for GE and had a private photography business. Rev. Larry was a minister serving area nursing homes, and had a home church "Christ for the people."

Survivors include his wife, Joan; four children, Dr. Charles E. (Becky) Emenaker of Oxford, Ohio, Holly J. (Ron) Eveleigh of Cincinnati, Ohio, Dr. Nancy J. Emenaker of Gaithersburg, Maryland, and Gregory J. (Lisa) Emenaker of Ross, Ohio; seven grandchildren, Lauren and Daniel Emenaker, Dr. Elisha Eveleigh, Jacob, Austin, Andrew, and Sarah Emenaker; brother-in-law, Joseph Hartung.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM Thursday in the Zettler Funeral Home 2646 Pleasant Ave. followed by burial in Spring Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:30-11:00AM Thursday in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association P. O. Box 96011 Washington, D.C. 20090-6011.
