HOWELL, Leslie age 88 passed away on Friday, December 18, 2015, in Tarpon Springs, Florida. He was born in Old Landing, Kentucky on July 6, 1927, the son of Vollie and Ethel (Durbin) Howell and was a veteran of the United States Navy serving during WWII. On July 2, 1949 in St. Ann Church he married Etta Sorrell. He was a member of The Woodcarvers of Flint, Michigan

Survivors include his wife, Etta; a daughter, Debbie Baker; a son, Dennis Howell both of Tarpon Springs, Florida; eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, Leslie Stephen Howell; and his ten siblings.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00AM Wednesday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave. followed by burial in Woodside Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00-10:00am Wednesday in the funeral home. Online register book is available at www.zettlerfuneralhome.com
