RHOADS Lillie Mae age 89 of Hamilton died Saturday July 23, 2016 at the Woodlands of Hamilton. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on March 9, 1927 the daughter of George and Daisy (Sellars) Biere. On October 31, 1945 in Covington, Kentucky she married Benny E. Rhoads Jr. who preceded her in death on June 24, 2008. Lillie had worked as a bookkeeper and event planner at Eaton Manor for sixteen years. She was a member of The Presbyterian Church.

Lillie was a loving, kind friend to many people throughout her life, including extended family, the Arments, the Walkers, and the Webbs. She enjoyed her time playing bridge with many friends.

Survivors include three children, Gary (Joahn) Rhoads of Hamilton, Cathleen (Joe) Triacheff of Columbus, Ohio, and Benny (Sue) Rhoads of Hamilton; son-in-law, George Glover of Mainville, Ohio; seven grandchildren, Randy (Tracy) Glover, Rob (Melissa) Glover, Dori Frederick, Lance (Kim) Rhoads, Elizabeth Rhoads-Fields, Jeff (Stephanie) Rhoads, and Sheri Moermond; fourteen great grandchildren.

Besides her husband she was also preceded in death by daughter, Sandra Glover; a brother Charles Biere, and granddaughter, Amy Rhoads Frost.

The family would like to extend our sincerest gratitude and appreciation to Hospice care manager nurse Teresa Andrews and the entire team of aides and nurses who lovingly cared for Lillie.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00am Monday, August 1, 2016 in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave., with Dr. John Lewis officiating, followed by burial in Collinsville Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 to 11:00am Monday in the funeral home. Memorial donations are suggested to Hospice of Hamilton or the Presbyterian Church.
