In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Raymond McIntosh, daughter Carolyn McIntosh, sons Daniel McIntosh and Raymond Edward McIntosh; sisters Nina, Irene, Anna, and Alma; and brother Eugene.

Lucille was raised in the Hazard, Kentucky area and was married to Raymond McIntosh on July 2, 1941 in Perry County, Kentucky. She lived a few years in Wickliffe, Indiana and then moved to Hamilton where she lived for 53 years.

Lucille devoted her life to her family; she loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Her family and friends will miss her fun smile and lighthearted jesting.
Her greatest enjoyment was being with her family especially during the Christmas holidays; she enjoyed the contentment of seeing her family happy and the blessings associated with family. She enjoyed singing, and the singing of family members was special music to her. She loved to crochet gifts for her family. She enjoyed card games with family and friends; she was an avid reader. During the spring and summer, she enjoyed the flowers in her yard and she enjoyed fresh vegetables, especially tomatoes and green beans. She loved red Cardinals and enjoyed seeing them in her yard. In her younger years she was a gifted seamstress and took great pride in each stitch of her work. She enjoyed traveling; returning to Kentucky and Indiana, and she especially enjoyed visiting Hawaii. Lucille loved life and many times commented that she had been very blessed. Her deep faith in God and prayer were a source of strength for us all. Everyone could honor her life by taking the time to spend some special moments with their family through hugs and words of encouragement.
