BACHMANN, Marcia A. age 87 of Hamilton passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2015, at Hospice of Hamilton. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on December 5, 1927, the daughter of Paul and Theresa (Weiss) Ruhl and was a 1945 graduate of Notre Dame High School. On May 1, 1954, in St. Peter in Chains Church, she married Herbert J. Bachmann a marriage of 46 years, and he preceded her in death on October 20, 2000.

Survivors include one daughter, Cathy Bachmann of Hamilton; seven sons, Greg (Marty) of Loveland, Doug (Patti) of Eaton, Mike (Paula), Dave (Susan), and Steve (Beth) Bachmann, all of Hamilton, Jim (Kate) Bachmann of Monroe, and Richard Bachmann of Cleveland; eleven grandchildren, John, Tom, Kelly, Paige, Ryan, Jill (Scott), Sam, Caroline, Zachary, Daniel and Elliot; a great-grandchild, Adeliegh;

Besides her husband, Herbert, she was also preceded in death by a daughter Mary Lou Bachmann December 24, 2013; a brother, Paul Ruhl; three sisters, Mary Lagedrost, Margie Tann, and Marie Ebbing.

Prayers will be offered at 10:30AM Monday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00AM Monday in St. Peter in Chains Church.
