HARDY, Margaret A. age 85 of Hamilton died Wednesday, September 7, 2011, at her home. She was born in Terre Haute, Indiana on December 18, 1925, the daughter of Bernard W. and Huletta (Robbins) Davis Sr. In 1943, in Hamilton she married Howard "Bud" Hardy Jr. and he preceded her in death on July 26, 2001. Mrs. Hardy had worked in maid service for Mercy Hospital in Hamilton and later in dining service for Proctor and Gable, retiring in 1998.

Survivors include her two children, Pauletta (Larry) Allen and James "Egor" Hardy, both of Hamilton; ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.

Besides her husband Howard, she was also preceded in death by a daughter, Margaret Ann Kuykendoll; a son, Robert "Joe" Hardy; four brothers, Bernard Jr., George, Harold, and Alton Davis.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00am Saturday in the Zettler Funeral Home 2646 Pleasant Ave Hamilton, OH, with Pastors Don and Jerry Allen officiating, followed by burial in Hickory Flats Cemetery.
