CLAUDEPIERRE, Mary J., age 91 of Hamilton, died Monday, September 12, 2005, at Berkley Square Retirement Community. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on April 10, 1914, the daughter of Peter and Elsie (Humbach) Schmitt. On April 29, 1944, in California, she married Mark "Mike" Claudepierre and he preceded her in death on April 20, 1987. Prior to marriage, Mrs. Claudepierre had been a secretary at the Paramount Theatre. She later worked for the Red Cross for ten years, and in the Court House for twenty-five years, retiring in 1956. She was a longtime member of Zion Lutheran Church and until recently had been very involved in church activities.

Survivors include a niece, Linda (Leslie) Goins, of Hamilton; a nephew, Bob Pawlowsky, of Florida; as well as many friends.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM Friday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave., with Pastor Timothy Landers officiating, followed by burial in Rosehill Burial Park. Visitation will be from 9:00 -11:00AM Friday in the funeral home.Memorials are suggested to the Zion Lutheran Church or Berkeley Square Health Care.
