SCHROEDER, Mary Ann age 86 of Hamilton died Tuesday November 17, 2015. She was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on August 13, 1929, the daughter of James P. and Loretto (Armstrong) McQuaide. On May 13, 1950, in Hamilton, Ohio she married Donald C. Schroeder and he preceded her in death on December 30, 2002. In the next ten years they became parents of six children. Besides her family, Mary Ann loved music, sports, and playing bridge with her friends. In January of 1996, they lost their youngest daughter, Meg, who died at the age of 35. Mary Ann's love of family, her faith, and her strong Irish heritage enabled her to go on being a wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend.

Survivors include her five children, Patricia Schroeder, Timothy (Tami Follmer) Schroeder, Michael P. and Daniel M. Schroeder, and John C. (Cynthia) Schroeder; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a sister, Rosalie McQuaide C.S.J.P.

Besides her husband, she was also preceded in death by her brother, James P. McQuaide III.
