SHALLOE, Mary age 82 of Hamilton, died Friday, November 14, 2008, at Woodridge Retirement Center. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on May 10, 1926, the daughter of Clyde and Ruth (Tibbets) Case and was a graduate of Hamilton High School. On February 16, 1942 she was married to Howard "Hude" Shalloe and he preceeded her in death on July 11, 1973. Mrs. Shalloe was a life member of St. Ann Church. She had worked as a sales clerk, in the women's clothing department, for Elder Beerman's and later Florence's , in Fairfield. Mrs. Shalloe enjoyed card club as well as traveling.

Survivors include three children, Ruth (John) Jackson of Barbourville, KY; Mike (Cindy) Shalloe, of Hamilton; Ted Shalloe, of Hamilton; thirteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Charlotte Shalloe of Fairfield.

Besides her husband, she was also preceded in death by three sons, Tim, David, and Danny Shalloe; two daughters, Barbara Shalloe and Mary Sue Shalloe Harcum; and one grandson, Johnny Jackson.

Prayers will be offered at 9:30am, Tuesday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave., followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, in St. Ann Church, with Fr. Stephen Mondiek officiating. Burial will be in St. Stephen Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5-7pm Monday, in the funeral home. Online register book available at www.zettlerfuneralhome.com
