WALKER, Mary A. Age 63, went home to Heaven on Saturday, Aug. 24, 2019, in Columbus, Ohio, with her family by her side. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on January 21, 1956, the daughter of Merle and Marjorie (Dilyerd) Kollstedt. On November 23, 1974, at Saint Veronica Church in Hamilton, OH, she married her best friend and soulmate, Terry L. Walker.

Mary is survived by her husband, Terry; her loving sons Alan (Kim) Walker of Killeen, TX and Mike (Brooke) Walker of Hamilton, OH. She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren Tyler, Sarah, Brandon, Bayleigh, Hayleigh and Ashlee and four great grandchildren Lilly, Dante, Arya and Scarlett. Becoming a grandmother brought her exceptional joy. She also leaves behind her loving siblings Mike (Darlene) Kollstedt, Marvin (Sharlene) Kollstedt, Marty (Brenda) Kollstedt, Madonna (Greg) York, Matthew (Cindy) Kollstedt, Melissa (Ed) Josephs, Mindy Kollstedt, Michele (Rick) Russell and Mark (Shannon) Kollstedt as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her father, Merle Kollstedt and her sister, Marcia Lambright.

The majority of Mary's professional career she was a school bus driver for Lakota Local Schools. Mary loved children! Some of Mary's favorite things to do was spending time with her family, traveling, cooking and playing cards. The family wishes to express their gratitude, for the loving care provided by the doctors, nurses, and staff of the James Cancer Hospital in Columbus, OH.
