SCOTT, Marylou, of Hamilton died Tuesday, May 3, 2011, at Hospice of Hamilton. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on October 19, 1927, the daughter of Roy and Lila (Hunt) Walton. Marylou worked as a deputy auditor for the Butler County Auditors Office for thirty-five years, retiring in 1997. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, and had been an active member of the Republican Party.

Survivors include a son, Gary J. Scott of Hamilton; 3 grandchildren, Mandy and Brandon Scott, and Jeff Nelson; 4 great-grandchildren; a brother, Roy H. (Mitzi) Walton of Dayton; a sister, Ann Flaig of Hamilton; two nieces and two nephews.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Bernadette "Bunnie" Scott on February 7, 1999; a brother, Jack Walton.

Funeral Services will be held Friday at 2:00pm in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave. with Rev. Dr. Peggy Garrison officiating, followed by burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
