PETERS, Mildred F. age 91 of Hamilton, Ohio died Tuesday, July 17, 2012, at the Otterbein of Middletown. She was born in Hamilton, Ohio on July 29, 1920, the daughter of Edward and Angeline (Nash) Jerdon. She was preceded in death by her husband Paul E. Peters in 2000. Mrs. Peters was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Later Day Saints.

Survivors include two children, Ron (Virginia) Peters of Monroe, and Paula (Sterling) Bateman of Lebanon; seven grandchildren, Anthony (Jody) and Byron (Elizabeth) Peters, Aaron (Mara) Dollahite, Melinda Dollahite, Nathan Tobias, Melody (Derek) Harmon, and Larissa (Jeremiah) Shandrew; eleven great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ida Ervin and Rosemary Perkins; many nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, and friends. Mrs. Peters was deeply devoted to her family and loved by all who knew her.

Besides her husband, Paul, she was also preceded in death by a son, David Peters; great granddaughter Linaya Dollahite; two sisters, Elsie Wolke and Esther Jones; five brothers, Mark, Albert, Edward Jr., Russell, and John Jerdon.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 am Saturday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave. followed by burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6-8:00 pm Friday in the funeral home. Online register book available at www.zettlerfuneralhome.com
