WILLIAMS, Nelta C., age 80, of Hamilton, died Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2006 at home. She was born in Snow Hill, N. C., on Nov. 27, 1925, the daughter of William and Eva (Morgan) Gavin. Mrs. Williams had worked as a painter, at Lomar, in Sharonville, OH, for 15 years, retiring in 1985.

Survivors include four children, James (Becky) Fitzgerald, of Franklin, TN, Nelta (Fitzgerald) Duncan, of Pleasant Ridge, OH, Myra and husband Richard Porter, of Hamilton, and Gilbert (Tawnia) Williams, of Norwood, OH; nine grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; four brothers, Wilber, Milo, Richard, and J. C. Gavin; three sisters, Louise Barns, Nanny Smith, and Diane Simoniwich.

She was preceded in death by a sister and three brothers.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00AM Saturday in the Zettler Funeral home, 2646 Pleasant Ave., with Rev. Michael Pucke officiating followed by burial in Greenwood cemetery.
