BROCKMAN Jr., Oliver J age 77 of Fairfield, died Monday, October 12, 2009 at his residence. Oliver worked as an accountant for General Motors for thirty years retiring in 1987. He was a member of Sacred Heart Church, Knights of Columbus St. Patrick Council # 1747, and was an avid golfer.

Survivors include his wife, Carol; two children, Patricia (Kevin) Halfhill of Liberty Township, David (Janice) Brockman of Fairfield; six grandchildren, Olivia, Matthew, Gabriella Halfhill, Blake, Blair, Brant Brockman,; one brother, Robert (Mary Lou) Brockman of Loveland; a sister, Jean Austria of Xenia; close friend, Jack Theis; many nieces and nephews.

Prayers will be offered at 9:30 am Friday in the Zettler Funeral Home, 2646 Pleasant Ave, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am Friday in Sacred Heart Church with Father Larry Tharp celebrant. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 pm Thursday in the funeral home.
